Space Access 2007 Conference

The Space Access '07 conference will be held next week in Phoenix Arizona as usual. It should be no surprise that there will be some prize-related speakers there. From the sci.space.policy Usenet newsgroup comes the following excerpt from the Space Access Society's newsletter:
